Do I need Austrian residency to buy property?
EU/EEA citizens can buy freely. Non-EU citizens need approval from the local district authority (Grundverkehrsbehörde). Processing takes 4-8 weeks. I handle the entire application process as part of my service.
What additional costs should I expect beyond the purchase price?
Standard additional costs in Austria: Land transfer tax (3.5%), Land registry fee (1.1%), Notary fees (~1-2%), Real estate agent commission (up to 3% + VAT). Total additional costs typically amount to 7-10% of the purchase price.
Do you work with international clients remotely?

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel the service agreement at any time with 14 days written notice. Valuation fees are non-refundable once the report is delivered. Commission is only due upon successful transaction completion — no sale, no fee.
